Return & Replacement Policy

At Nabaat Care, we strive to make your shopping experience as smooth and reliable as possible.

We offer a 07-day return policy. If you have a valid issue with an item, you may request a replacement.

  1. Issues from Our End

If the issue is valid and caused by our side (e.g., damaged, wrong, or defective product):

  • We will replace the product free of charge with zero shipping cost.
  • You must inform us about the issue within 24 hours of receiving your order by calling +92 345 7752522 or contacting us via our website.
  • Once approved, your replacement will be delivered within 5–7 working days.
  1. Issues from Customer’s End

If the issue arises from your end (e.g., you ordered the wrong product or wish to exchange for personal reasons):

  • We can replace the product with an additional shipping cost.
  • Please note that delivery charges are non-refundable.
  1. How to Return
  • The product must be returned in its original condition and packaging.
  • Customers are required to return the package via a traceable delivery service (courier or registered post) at their own expense to our address, which will be provided upon request.

  • Products that have been opened, used, or tampered with may not be eligible for return.
  • Refunds are currently not offered; we provide replacement only.
