We offer a 07-day return policy. If you have a valid issue with an item, you may request a replacement.
- Issues from Our End
 
If the issue is valid and caused by our side (e.g., damaged, wrong, or defective product):
- We will replace the product free of charge with zero shipping cost.

 - Once approved, your replacement will be delivered within 5–7 working days.
 
- Issues from Customer’s End
 
If the issue arises from your end (e.g., you ordered the wrong product or wish to exchange for personal reasons):
- We can replace the product with an additional shipping cost.
 - Please note that delivery charges are non-refundable.
 
- How to Return
 
- The product must be returned in its original condition and packaging.
 - Customers are required to return the package via a traceable delivery service (courier or registered post) at their own expense to our address, which will be provided upon request.
 
- Important Notes
 
- Products that have been opened, used, or tampered with may not be eligible for return.
 - Refunds are currently not offered; we provide replacement only.
